The guest selects their preferred travel period, and Bluserena assigns the Resort from those included in the selected Formula, notifying the guest by email within 7 days of the booking confirmation. The “Puglia or Calabria” Formula includes Bluserena’s 4-star Resorts in Puglia and Calabria, while the “Sicily and Sardinia” Formula includes Bluserena Resorts located in Sicily and Sardinia. The stay is provided on a Soft Inclusive basis. The discount is up to 30% for the first Formula and up to 20% for the second Formula. The discount is calculated against the rate applied, for the same travel period, at the highest-category Resort included in the selected Formula, excluding supplements. Offers are subject to limited availability, are not retroactive, and cannot be combined with other promotions, special offers, dedicated rate plans, or the Bluserena Guarantee. The Bouquet Formula does not include transportation to or from the assigned Resort, does not allow guests to choose or change the assigned Resort or room location, and is non-refundable. Any optional supplements (e.g. first-row beach umbrellas) may be booked, subject to availability, only after the assigned Resort has been confirmed.
