Guests choose the dates of their holiday, while Bluserena selects the destination from among the Resorts included in the chosen Bouquet Formula and communicates it by email within 7 days of booking confirmation. The “Puglia or Calabria” Formula includes Bluserena 4-star Resorts in Puglia and Calabria. The “Sicily or Sardinia” Formula includes Bluserena Resorts in Sicily and Sardinia. Accommodation is provided on a Soft Inclusive basis, except at Is Serenas Badesi Resort, where All Inclusive applies. The discount of up to 30% is calculated against the rate applied, for the same period, at the highest-category property included in the selected Formula, excluding supplements. This offer is subject to limited availability. It is not retrospective and cannot be combined with other special offers, promotions, or the Bluserena Guarantee. The Bouquet Formula does not include transport to and from the assigned Resort. It is not possible to indicate preferences regarding the Resort, room location, or room type, nor to change the assigned Resort once confirmed. Any optional supplements (e.g. front-row beach umbrellas) may be booked, subject to availability, only after the destination has been confirmed. The Formula is non-refundable.
