We wish to inform you that your e-mail address shall be processed in accordance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, in writing and/or on paper, magnetic, electronic, computerized support or any other appropriate tool that guarantees the protection of your data and your rights.
Your e-mail address will be used to send you our newsletter, offering promotions, discounts, reductions and other services, information, invitations to events, notification of special initiatives.
Your e-mail address is necessary for the above mentioned purposes and the related treatment does not require your specific consent. In case you do not provide your e-mail address, Bluserena will not be able to send you any communication.
Considering the purposes for their collection, in order to comply with the legal requirements related to the protection of the Owner’s rights, these data shall be stored only for as long as necessary for the purposes of their collection. The consent for the processing of the above mentioned personal data and the data marked as “not required” but voluntarily given, for the purposes described at point 2, is optional and the denial shall not jeopardise the execution of the required performance, but it will prevent Bluserena from offering commercial information and services.

BOOKING ON LINE - WEB CHECK-IN
We wish to inform you that your personal data – given by you through our website and subsequently confirmed or updated – shall be processed in accordance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, in writing and/or on paper, magnetic, electronic, computerized support or any other appropriate tool that guarantees the protection of your data and your rights.
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
  1. Executing your booking and implementation request.
  2. Complying with the current legal, accounting and tax-related requirements and for the purposes related to the mutual obligations resulting from the agreement. (e.g., assisting you in the booking process, offering the required services, meeting your needs during your stay, processing your suggestions, arranging a detailed bill, providing the delivery of messages in the Hotel, etc.)
  3. Contacting you by phone or sending you, to your home or – also through automated systems – by e-mail, information and documentation – also advertisements and also produced and sent by third parties (e.g. through regular publications) – on the hotels of the Bluserena Group, giving you updates on the prices, services and offers (marketing).
The provision of your personal data, phone number, e-mail address, and payment information marked with an asterisk is required for the purposes indicated at points 1 and 2 and their processing does not require your consent. To consent to the use of personal data for purposes other than those which have been indicated as "non obligatory", but provided on a voluntary basis by the client. This information will be used for the purpose indicated in paragraph 3 is considered optional and refusal to comply with this option will not affect the indicated services rendered by Bluserena, but it may impede Bluserena from offering other services and commercial information. The above requested information is In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 130 of the Legislative Decree no. 196/03, and falls under the postal laws which cover sending information and the promotion of materials (for marketing purposes). When email address information has been provided by customers, in the context of the sale of a product or a service, the aforementioned information requires customer consent. In the case of refusal to consent to the use of such treatment of personal information for commercial use, an email should be sent to privacy@bluserena.it.

We would also like to inform you that your personal data provided upon booking and/or checking-in – such as personal, address and contact details, stay selection (e.g., period, facility, type of holiday booked), those that we can acquire during your stay as well as your evaluations of our services can be used – with your prior and express consent – for profiling activities aimed to provide customized offers based on your interests and to customize our services based on your preferences. The consent for the profiling activities is optional and not giving it does not prevent the normal enjoyment of all our services, except for the possibility to receive customized offers or services resulting from such profiling activities. If you give your consent to the process of your data for profiling activities, they can be accessed only by Bluserena employees and collaborators, after being appointed as in charge of the process, in compliance with the safety measures adopted by our company to safeguard the appropriate treatment of your data. Finally, we would like to remind you that the data collected for profiling activities, as mentioned above, will be kept for a maximum period of two years, after which they will be automatically deleted or made anonymous, unless otherwise provided for by the law. Also with specific respect to profiling, you can exercise your rights pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Protection Code, opposing the further profiling of your data.

PHOTO-O-MATIC
The processing of your general personal data (e-mail, phone number, Facebook profile, image) provided by you will be performed in accordance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, in writing and/or on paper, magnetic, electronic, computerized support or any other appropriate tool that guarantees the protection of your data and your rights. The data will be processed in order to allow the use of the Photo-o-Matic service and for the communication activities of the Bluserena Group, including the publication on the Bluserena website and Bluserena Social Media (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, etc.), and however, never in contexts that may affect their dignity and reputation.
Your e-mail address and telephone number will also be used to send you commercial information – also in an automated way – on the hotels of the Bluserena Group, providing updates on our prices, services and offers. The data will be stored until 2050 and will be processed exclusively by Bluserena workers, after their appointment as people in charge. The provision of data is required for using the service and does not require your consent.
If the data are not provided, it will not be possible to use the Photo-o-Matic service; on the other hand, the consent is optional for the company and commercial communication activities. If the consent is not given, Bluserena S.p.A. will not be able to use the data of the interested party, including the contents of the photographs and videos, for the above mentioned purposes. The personal data related to the images included in the photographs and videos will be subject to circulation in accordance with the methods and limits defined in the Photo-o-Matic Conditions of Use. Please note that it is forbidden to use this service for posting images belonging to third parties without their prior consent. For further information, to exercise your rights pursuant to art. 7 of Leg. Decree no.196/2003, to refuse the use of images for Bluserena communication activities, and to receive the list of the people in charge you can apply to the Data Controller Bluserena S.p.A., Via Caravaggio, 125 – 65125 Pescara (PE) - Italy - 6 or the Person in charge of responding to the interested parties Mr. Raffaele Del Sole – e-mail: privacysocial@bluserena.it.

We would also remind you that you can refuse the use of automated tools (text messages, e-mails, etc.) for the sending of commercial communications as per paragraph 2) of this policy by sending an e-mail to privacysocial@bluserena.it.

Pursuant to article 13 of Leg. Decree 196/03 on Privacy (hereinafter Privacy Code), Bluserena S.p.A., with headquarters in Via Caravaggio, 125 in Pescara (PE) - Italy, the Data Controller, hereby informs you that the data provided by you (personal, contact details, CV, voluntarily provided data, how you learned about the job offer) shall be processed in accordance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, in writing and/or on paper, magnetic, electronic, computerized support or any other appropriate tool that guarantees the protection of your data and your rights. Any sensitive data provided will be processed only with the necessary operations – as well as logics and data organization methods – related to the obligations established by the current laws and the purposes indicated below, and anyway in compliance with the provisions of the current Authorization issued by the Authority for the processing of sensitive data in work relationships. The processing will be aimed to the performance of the personnel recruitment and evaluation activities, for the establishment of a work relationship and public safety and to assess the effectiveness of the communication channels for the job offers (the data related the latter will be processed anonymously).
You can be contacted by phone, e-mail or text message or you can be sent communications and adverts for personnel recruitment activated by Bluserena and matching your profile.
The provision of the data marked by an asterisk in the form is required; if they are not provided or they are given partial or incorrect, Bluserena S.p.A. will not be able to include your CV into its data base. The provision of all other personal data is optional; if they are not provided or if they are incomplete or incorrect, we may not be able to perform our personnel recruitment activities at our best. The data will not be disclosed and can be transferred to the companies of the Bluserena Group Club & Hotel and the relevant people in charge, who can be informed of the data only for the above mentioned purposes. The data provided will be stored only for the time necessary for the above mentioned purposes, and for a period not exceeding 3 years in any case.

Section 7 (Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights)
1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed
a) of the source of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;
d) of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5;
e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
3. A data subject shall have the right to obtain
a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
