Bluserena’s ESG Project
This is a key commitment that increasingly guides our choices and the way we operate.
Since 2023, we have been developing an international ESG project focused on Environmental, Social and Governance principles.
Environmental refers to the actions we take to reduce and manage the environmental impact of our activities; Social concerns our relationship with the people who work with us, local communities and our guests; while Governance encompasses the principles and processes through which the company is managed and regulates its activities.
It is a wide-ranging project that is progressively being integrated across our operations through specific initiatives and objectives in the different ESG areas. We have already launched a number of initiatives and achieved our first tangible results, which we continue to monitor and report on.
And this is only the beginning. It is a journey made up of many different steps, both small and significant, day after day. A journey that we are committed to making increasingly tangible, measurable and transparent.
