Regulations for Guests Traveling with Their Dog

New for 2025 at Torreserena Resort

At Torreserena Resort, we’ve created many thoughtful touches and special services to bring happiness to your four-legged friend (up to 15 kg, with a valid health certificate). Upon arrival, there is a designated waiting area with water bowls to help them settle in and cool off before check-in. Your pet will receive a complimentary Welcome Box and can enjoy a play area to run and have fun. For meals, you may dine together at the outdoor, shaded seating area of the main restaurant. In your designated “dog room,” your furry friend will find a comfortable armchair for rest and direct access to a private, fenced garden for safe and relaxing outdoor time. The garden includes a deck chair and bowls for food and water. Dogs are welcome to explore the resort’s outdoor areas on a leash, except for the pool sunbathing area and the beach. Upon request and for a small additional fee, dog-sitting and veterinary assistance are available (subject to availability).

At All Other Resorts (except for Serena Majestic Hotel Residence and GranSerena Hotel)

Guests may bring their small dog (up to 10 kg and only with a valid health certificate). The dog will stay in the fenced garden area of the room, equipped with a doghouse and bowls for food and water (at Calanè Resort and Kalidria Hotel & Thalasso SPA, the dog will stay on the room’s terrace). Dogs are allowed to circulate only in designated areas and along marked pathways (e.g., not on the beach, in the restaurant, amphitheater, or piazza), always on a leash. At Alborèa Ecolodge Resort, Ecolodge Suites and Junior Suites offer a dedicated fenced area with a doghouse and bowls. Food is not provided for dogs. This service requires a fee and has limited availability; it must be requested at the time of booking. No other animals or dogs over the specified weight limits are allowed. Guests with dogs must comply with the resort’s regulations.

Dog Admission Regulations

At all Bluserena hotels and resorts (except for Serena Majestic Hotel Residence and GranSerena Hotel), guests may bring their small dog, subject to availability and with prior reservation at the time of booking. The dog will stay in the fenced garden area of the room, equipped with a doghouse and bowls for food and water (at Kalidria Hotel & Thalasso SPA and Calanè Resort, the dog will stay on the room’s terrace). Dog food is not provided. Guests with dogs must follow these rules:

1. Only small dogs are allowed (up to 10 kg in all resorts; up to 15 kg at Torreserena Resort) and only with a valid health certificate. No other animals or larger dogs are permitted.

2. The dog’s behavior must be managed by the owner to avoid disturbing other guests or creating issues with other dogs. The owner is responsible for any damage caused by their dog to people, other animals, or property.

3. Dogs must not be left alone in the room. In the owner’s absence, they must remain in the garden area outside the room (or on the terrace at Kalidria Hotel & Thalasso SPA and Calanè Resort).

4. Dogs may only access marked, designated areas. They are not allowed on the beach, in restaurants, in the piazza, or around the pool area. At Kalidria Hotel & Thalasso SPA and Alborèa Ecolodge Resort, dogs are allowed on the beach (owners will be assigned a spot in a side area), but may only stay near their own umbrella and are not allowed near the shoreline.

5. Dogs must always be kept on a leash when walking.

6. Resort linens (bed or bath) must not be used for the dog (e.g., for grooming, bedding, or other uses).

7. Dogs are not allowed on beds, armchairs, chairs, tables, etc.

8. Owners must have the necessary items to clean up after their dogs and dispose of waste in designated bins.

9. Owners must remove any pet hair from beds or linens.

If you wish to lock the gate of your room’s garden, please bring a padlock (or you may purchase one at the resort shop).
