Description of the Benefits

  • Exclusive promotions: we reserve special promotions for guests subscribed to the Bluserena Newsletter. All details and applicable terms will be communicated by e-mail.
  • Complimentary bar credit: the complimentary bar credit is reserved exclusively for guests holding Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond loyalty levels, with different amounts as follows: €4.00 per person per day for the Silver level, €5.00 per person per day for the Gold level, €6.00 per person per day for the Platinum level, €7.00 per person per day for the Diamond level. The full amount of the complimentary consumption will be credited to the room account upon arrival and may be used exclusively at the hotel bars. Any unused balance at the end of the stay will not be refunded. Any amount exceeding the included credit will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking; if no electronic payment method is available, the amount must be settled at check-out.
  • Beauty & Wellness services: these benefits are designed to guarantee moments of relaxation and well-being and to enhance your stay with exclusive experiences. Welcome and Silver members are entitled to a 10% discount; Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members are entitled to a 15% discount. Discounts do not apply to the Wellness Card.

General Rules

  • Participation in the Club BluserenaPiù Loyalty Program is free of charge and automatic starting from the completion of the first stay of at least one night at a Bluserena property. Benefits apply exclusively to stays at Bluserena hotels and resorts.
  • For the purpose of earning points, a “Bluserena stay” is defined as a stay of at least one night at one of the Bluserena resorts during the opening period.
  • One point is credited for each night of stay.
  • Points are awarded to all adult guests staying at Bluserena resorts, not exclusively to the booking holder (for example, points are awarded not only to the person who made the booking but also to all room occupants). Each guest may use their points even when returning with different companions.
  • Points awarded to parents may also be recognized for a child who has meanwhile reached the age of majority and books together with the family or with friends, upon request.
  • Points earned by participants during the same stay cannot be combined. In the case of a family holiday, the points of the member with the highest score apply (for example: mother 5 points, father 10 points, child 5 points; the entire family benefits from the discounts corresponding to the 10-point level). In the case of a stay with a group of friends, points are awarded individually to each member of the group, based on their previous stays.
  • Points are credited upon departure; therefore, the related benefits may be used starting from the subsequent stay.
  • The benefits and discounts of the Club BluserenaPiù cannot be combined with other offers and do not apply to group stays. The above terms and conditions are valid for the 2025/2026 winter season. Bluserena reserves the right to modify, even during the season, the above conditions, informing guests of any changes at the time of booking.
  • If not renewed, Club membership expires two years after the last stay, and any accumulated points will be reset. In order to maintain Loyalty status, starting from May 1, 2025, it will be necessary to stay at least once every two years. Otherwise, points will be reset and Loyalty status will be lost.
  • If you do not wish to be enrolled in the Club, simply inform us at the time of booking or upon arrival at the property, or send an email at any time to booking@bluserena.it.
