The Bluserena guarantee is designed for residents of Italy and the EEA, under 90 years of age, who wish to experience an unforgettable holiday with us.
The Bluserena guarantee service is non-refundable, must be confirmed at the time of booking, and must be extended to all members of the booking. We guarantee the best rates for any of our available Bluserena “Special Offers” for the same services and periods, if requested before the day of arrival. Rates applied to intermediaries, groups, companies, institutions, associations, and similar are excluded. In the event of a stay being interrupted due to illness, injury, or any other covered event, it is essential to contact the operations centre immediately and in advance, before departure from the hotel.
