The following discounts are only valid for customers or agencies booking on www.bluserena.it (for agencies on the reserved area) without telephone support.
Free cancellation up to 14 days instead of 28 days before arrival. Bluserena will grant at its discretion refund or voucher valid until 31/12/2023, equal to the value of the amounts paid. Reimbursement, even by voucher, for travel and transfers not purchased from Bluserena is excluded. On airline tickets sold by Bluserena (even if included in packages with the stay) the penalties imposed by the carrier will apply and will be communicated from time to time.
2nd stay free: Bluserena offers 100% discount for one person on the 2nd stay 2022, in a week to be chosen among those published in the area www.bluserena.it/happyweeks, in a different period from the first stay. The discount can be used for stays of one week in a Classic Room (with at least 2 adults) in Pensione Più, for the summer season 2022; transferable to 1st degree relatives who are not already Bluserena clients and who do not already have a confirmed booking for summer 2022. Under no circumstances can the discount be used for services other than those described above or in 2023. For accompanying persons the conditions of stay published in the official price lists are valid. Cannot be combined with any Bluserena offers. If for "second stay" you choose a period following the first holiday booked, on the "second stay" will be applied the 100% discount on one person, but it will be considered valid only when the first holiday booked has been paid for and only if the first holiday is not subsequently cancelled (in this case the "second stay" will be charged the amount foreseen by the price list). If, on the other hand, a period prior to the first holiday booked is chosen, full payment will be required for the "second holiday" and the value of the 100% discount for one person on the "second holiday" will be deducted from the first holiday booked (if the second holiday is not subsequently cancelled).
Complimentary drinks at the bar for already Bluserena customers: per person per day € 1,50 for Welcome Customers, € 2,50 for Silver Customers, € 3 for Golden Customers, € 3,50 for Platinum and Platinum Plus and € 4 for Diamond Customers. For children and young people from 0 to 18 years old, the value of drinks at the bar are reduced in proportion to the discount on the price list. At Serena Majestic Hotel Residence € 1,50 for Welcome, Silver and Golden, € 2 for Platinum, € 2,50 for Platinum Plus and € 3 for Diamond per person per day, children 0-3 years old excluded. For children aged between 3 and 12 years old, drinks at the bar are reduced by 80%.
