The Alborèa Ecolodge Resort offers the best of Italian catering, with excellent raw materials and products of the rich Apulian territory. Central Restaurant with air conditioning. Reserved table for each family (not assigned) inside or outside the restaurant. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are buffet service meals with show-cooking. It is possible to replace the lunch with the packed lunch at the beach bar (to be booked on site upon availability).


PIZZERIA ETHRA AND RESTAURANT MEDITERRANEO
In addition to the central restaurant, Guests can use the Ethra Pizzeria (in the Valentino Village area open for dinner from 08.06 al 12.09.2020 from Monday to Saturday), or the seaside Mediterraneo restaurant, with light menù, open for lunch from 08.06 al 12.09.2020. Both can be reserved in the Village one day in advance, however they are subject to limited availability. Customers are entitled, for each Restaurant, to an access per person for stays of at least 7 nights.

FULL BOARD “PIU’” (PLUS) - BLUSERENA'S FULL BOARD OFFER
In the Central restaurant: a buffet breakfast, coffee from automatic dispensers with coffee beans, a buffet lunch and dinner service with show-cooking, filtered tap water and draught wine. It is possible to replace the lunch buffet with a packed lunch at the beach bar (to be booked on site, subject to availability). Bar: micro-filtered water. Beach: a beach umbrella with two sunbeds and beach towels is reserved for Guests (aged 3+). Baby Kitchen/Baby feeding facility: Parents who prefer to cook and prepare meals for their children can use the large baby kitchens which is accessible 24 hours a day. Assistance is provided and basic foods are available at main mealtimes.

 

"EXTRA" - BLUSERENA'S ALL-INCLUSIVE OFFER

This option can be booked for at least 7 nights (and for all the people included in the booking). It includes strictly individual drinks, which can be enjoyed up until to 2 p.m. on the day of departure, by smart card. Drinks are always served in a glass. As well as the services included in the Full Board “Più” treatment, we offer the following options: At the main bar. Espresso, cappuccino, decaffeinated coffee and barley coffee. We also offer cappuccino with soy milk, white and spotted milk, Ginseng flavoured coffee, American style coffee, coffee with a tot of liqueur (or “espresso corretto”), cream coffee. Herbal teas are on hand, draught or drinks on tap in 20cl glasses are available too. We offer a choice of ice cold lemon or peach teas, lemonade, tonic water, lemon juice, root beer and fizzy drinks, orange soda, coke; fruit juices (pineapple, A+C+E, peach, apricot, blood orange and pear), syrups (cherry, almond milk, mint and orgeat), mineral water (by the glass), draught beer in a 20 cl glass, slush drinks, one white and one red wine, or prosecco are also offered; liqueurs, aperitifs, vermouth, grappa and bitters are also available. Cocktails, Champagne and all alcoholic beverages (grappas, liqueurs and sparkling wines) defined as “special” on the bar price list are excluded. In the main restaurant: buffet breakfast, quick-stop café point, lunch and dinner Guests (aged 3+) can choose a 40-cl sized draught drink from orange juice, beer or coke.

FOOD INTOLERANCES
Bluserena takes particular care of the well-being of its Guests, both in the food products offered and in the correct information on allergens. Although it is not possible to offer customized and ad hoc menus for each Guest, we can ensure the following: Gluten. The buffet at the main restaurant has sliced meat and packaged products (tarts, snacks and crispbread) for breakfast, as well as at least one first course, one second course and one dessert made with gluten-free ingredients for lunch and dinner (however, the dishes are prepared in a single kitchen, therefore contamination is possible). Lactose and eggs. The buffet at the main restaurant has lactose-free and egg-free packaged products (tarts, crispbread, yoghurt and milk, which is also available at the main café) for breakfast, as well as at least one first course, one second course, sliced meat, one type of cheese and a dessert without lactose or eggs for lunch and dinner. However total absence of contamination cannot be guaranteed regarding some intolerances as there is a single kitchen (except for the above mentioned packaged products).

Parents who prefer to cook and prepare meals for their children can use the large Baby kitchen/Baby feeding facility which is accessible 24 hours a day. Assistance is provided and basic foods are available at main mealtimes.


BAR
Alborèa Ecolodge Resort has two well-stocked bars, one on the beach. Bars can only accept payments by smart card, which can be topped up directly at the bar in the square or at the reception desk.

Parents who prefer to cook and prepare meals for their children can use the large Baby Kitchen/Baby feeding facility which is accessible 24 hours a day. Assistance is provided and basic foods are available at main mealtimes. Facilities include electric hobs, fridge, sink, tables, chairs, high-chairs, pots and pans, bottle-warmer, microwave oven, blender, sterilizer and homogenizer.
 
During mealtime assistance are available free of charge these products:
Fresh fruit, Dairy milk, soy milk, rice milk, Zymil, Soluble chocolate, Yogurt, Natural mineral water, Grated cheese, Butter, Honey, Jams, Rusks, Tea, Chamomile, Rice cream, Semolina, Tapioca corn cream, Small pasta, Cooked ham, Vegetable stock, Extra virgin olive oil, Biscuits. Baby foods, processed cheeses and powdered and liquid baby milk are not provided.

During mealtime assistance are available free of charge these prepared products:
Boiled rice, Cream of vegetable soup, Beef Broth, Vegetable stock, Tomato sauce, Vegetables alternating between chickpeas, beans, lentils).
