The Baby Kitchen, available in the Bluserena facilities, is an area dedicated to parents for baby meals from 0 to 3 years old, with assistance and availability of basic products during main mealtimes, open from 6:00 a.m. to midnight.

During main mealtimes, at the Baby Kitchen you can find:

  • food dedicated to the little ones (vegetable and meat broths, vegetable purée, small pasta shapes, thin slices of meat, fish fillets, cooked ham, dairy products, fresh fruit, milk, yoghurt, jams, tea and chamomile tea, and biscuits)

The training internship represents a period of “on-the-job” learning aimed at acquiring practical skills and direct knowledge of the working environment within our organization.

It does not constitute an employment relationship and, in accordance with current national and regional regulations governing extracurricular internships, Bluserena provides expense reimbursement.

For trainees residing more than 30 km from the hotel or resort, board and lodging are also available.

Unless otherwise specified, recruitment is intended for the Group and therefore for all Bluserena Hotels and Resorts located in Abruzzo, Puglia, Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, and Piedmont.

Due to the seasonal nature of Bluserena Hotels and Resorts, most hires are made under fixed-term seasonal contracts. However, as part of professional growth paths, there may be opportunities for permanent contracts.

At Bluserena Hotels and Resorts, we have created Coccinella Baby Care, a special service designed to offer maximum comfort to our youngest guests and their parents. The Coccinella Baby Care fee is mandatory for children aged 0 to 3, ensuring them a truly special stay.

Sea Box on the beach:

  • at lunch, you may choose to dine directly on the beach with the Sea Box, subject to reservation and availability. The reservation is valid for the entire room, not for individual guests.

Services for children and teenagers:

  • dedicated meals for younger guests: from 01/06 to 05/09/2026, supervised lunches for Mini Club, Teen and Young Club; in July and August, dinners are also supervised by the staff. The service is subject to a fee for guests staying under the Residence Formula at Serena Majestic Hotel Residence.
  • Baby Kitchen for children aged 0–3: open from 6:00 a.m. to midnight, with assistance during main meal times and a wide selection of basic products, to be cooked or ready-made

In-room services:

  • initial mini-fridge supply including two cans of water, one juice, one beer, and one soft drink

The formula applies to all occupants of the room or to linked bookings.

It includes personal beverages served by the glass, available until 2:00 p.m. on the day of departure.

To use the services, simply wear the All Inclusive wristband.

The formula is subject to limited availability, for personal use only and non-transferable to third parties, and may be revoked at any time by the guest or by Bluserena in case of non-compliance with the regulations. In such cases, the stay will revert to the Soft Inclusive conditions.

The Soft Inclusive formula offers a complete holiday experience focused on taste, comfort, and fun, with a wide range of services included during your stay.

Yes. If you book a stay with a refundable rate, you can purchase the Bluserena Guarantee service, which entitles to the Best Price Guarantee and offers extensive insurance coverage in the event of cancellation or interruption of your stay due to illness, injury, or other insured events.

No. When booking directly with Bluserena, there are no “membership” fees to be added to the price of the stay.

All our Hotels and Resorts accept credit cards from the major international networks.

In the event of cancellation, the conditions selected at the time of booking confirmation will apply.

In case of no-show by 12:00 midnight on the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the cost of the booked stay will be charged. After this time, the room may be released for sale for the following nights.

For payment methods related to your stay, the conditions associated with the selected rate remain valid, as indicated in your booking confirmation communication.

Before arrival, you can provide the personal details of all guests staying with you through the email sent by our booking office, in order to streamline and secure the check-in process. Through the same email, you can make the payment by credit card, or alternatively, you can proceed via bank transfer.

In the case of bookings for packages including a flight or ferry, full prepayment of the airline/ferry ticket is required together with the deposit.
