Tailored Hotel Management

By entrusting us with operational management, the owner chooses a proven model that integrates organisation, operating standards, staff management, commercial strategies and performance optimisation. We work side by side to define objectives, positioning and a development path aligned with the reference market and the property’s identity. 

A transparent and merit-based system that genuinely aligns the manager’s interests with those of the owner: as the hotel’s performance grows, so does the value for both parties. The manager assumes responsibility for running the property on behalf of the owner and is remunerated through management fees calculated on both revenue and Gross Operating Profit (G.O.P.).

Lease: A Solid Partnership

Through a lease agreement, we consider integrating the property into our portfolio, analysing its characteristics, location and overall project sustainability. Each proposal is carefully assessed to build a strong, long-term partnership. 

Every evaluation is carried out on a case-by-case basis, with full respect for the specific features of the property and the surrounding area. 

Compared to the management model, a lease agreement provides a more defined structure in terms of duration and income for the owner. 

The rent is generally independent of the hotel’s performance and may be agreed as a fixed amount or as a combination of fixed and variable components, thereby ensuring clarity, stability and continuity over time.
