DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES – SUMMER 2026
ROOMS
CALASERENA RESORT
309 welcoming rooms with modern design, located in two- or three-storey buildings. All rooms feature Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, mini-fridge, safe and private bathroom. You can choose between Classic, Superior, Classic Connecting and the comfortable Suites.
Classic
Ideal for 2 guests. Choose your preferred option:Classic Ground Floor, located on the ground floor, Classic on the 1st floor without balcony, Classic Balcony on the 1st or 2nd floor with a small balcony. Some Classic Ground Floor rooms feature a bathroom suitable for guests with special needs.
Superior
Designed for 3 guests, all located on the ground floor. They include a double bed and a sofa bed, along with all the standard in-room comforts.
Superior Quadruple
Spacious rooms for up to 4 guests, with sleeping area renovated in 2024. They are situated in the most central area of the resort, on the ground floor. The third and fourth beds are in a comfortable pull-out sofa bed. With air conditioning, TV, mini-bar, safe and en-suite bathroom, they offer everything you need for a great holiday.
Classic Connecting
Two interconnecting Classic rooms offering space and comfort. Each has its own private bathroom and they can accommodate 4 to 6 guests. At maximum occupancy, each room is equipped with one double bed and one single bed. Available options are Connecting Ground Floor for 4-6 guests and Connecting Balcony on the 1st or 2nd floor, for up to 4 guests.
Suites
Elegant suites measuring 32–35 sq m, accommodating up to 4 guests. They offer maximum comfort with two separate areas: a sleeping area with double bed and a cosy living area with double sofa bed or double chaise longue. Amenities include: kettle with tea and herbal teas, espresso machine, TV with Sky. You also have use of one beach towel per person (from 3 years old) free of charge, with daily change. To make your stay even more exclusive, Suite guests have included access to the “La Brezza” restaurant
(open from 21/06 to 13/09/2026). Available in Suite Ground Floor or Suite Balcony on the 1st floor with a charming balcony.
Dog Rooms
For you and your four-legged friend, Classic Dog Rooms are available on the ground floor with a private fenced garden complete with doghouse and bowl. Small dogs up to 10 kg are welcome. Availability is limited; we recommend booking early.
IS SERENAS BADESI RESORT
At your disposal, 363 elegant rooms located in two-storey buildings, designed to offer comfort and refined style. Choose from Classic, Superior, Family, Junior Suite, Prestige and Single Rooms, all featuring WiFi, air conditioning, TV, espresso machine, kettle with tea and herbal teas, mini-fridge, safe and private bathroom. Interconnecting rooms available on request.
Classic
Welcoming rooms of 19-25 sq m, perfect for two guests. A cot can be added in some rooms on request. Options include: Classic on the ground floor (without garden), Classic on the 1st floor, some with small balcony, Classic Garden on the ground floor with private garden (20-55 sq m). Some Classic rooms on the ground floor have bathrooms suitable for guests with disabilities.
Superior
Comfortable rooms of 20-30 sq m for 2 or 3 guests. If travelling with two children under 3 years of age, one folding cot and one single bed with side rails can be provided (space will be more limited). Options include ground-floor rooms without garden, rooms on the 1st floor (some with small balcony), or Superior Garden on the ground floor with a 20-55 sq m garden. Some ground-floor Superior rooms feature bathrooms suitable for guests with disabilities.
Family
Ideal for families, these rooms (27-43 sq m) accommodate up to four guests (some can accommodate a 5th bed). Some have one open-plan area, others two separate areas, all with one bathroom. Up to two cots may be added (space will become more limited).
They include a TV with Sky (children’s channels included) and 2 complimentary Serenella beach towels. Options include ground-floor rooms without garden, 1st-floor rooms with balcony, or Family Garden with a 20-55 sq m private garden.
Junior Suite
Measuring 29-35 sq m, ideal for 2 or 3 guests. They feature two areas (in some rooms separated by a door): living area and sleeping area. Available on the ground floor with garden or on the 1st floor with small balcony.
Prestige Double
Welcoming rooms (21–30 sq m) for two guests, with option to add a cot. Prestige Family
Rooms of 30-40 sq m for up to 4 guests. Single Room
Cosy rooms for solo travellers, with a comfortable French bed. Includes free beach towel hire.
Dog Rooms
Cosy Classic, Superior or Family Dog Rooms are available on request, all on the ground floor with a private, enclosed garden, designed for the comfort of your four-legged friends (maximum 10 kg). Each garden is equipped with a dog bed and bowls, to make your dog feel at home. Availability is limited, so remember to book your Dog Room when confirming your reservation.
TORRESERENA RESORT
There are 400 rooms ready to welcome you, all equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, mini-fridge, safe, and private bathroom. They are located in two-storey buildings and are divided into Classic, Superior, Family, and Premium rooms to meet your every need. You can choose between Ground Floor rooms or Balcony rooms on the first floor.

Options are Superior Ground Floor, located on the ground floor and Superior Balcony, on the 1st floor.
Classic Connecting
Perfect for you and your family: two interconnecting Classic rooms, each with its own bathroom, ensuring total privacy. They can accommodate up to 5 guests. Available on the ground floor or on the 1st floor with balcony, allowing you to choose the most comfortable option.
Family
Welcoming rooms of 30 sq m, perfect for 4 or 5 guests. If required, you may request the addition of one or two cots (with two cots, the space will be slightly more limited). The sleeping area and the living area are not separated by a door. Premium Quadruple
Welcoming rooms perfect for 4 guests, located close to the resort’s main services for maximum convenience. They feature kettle with tea and herbal infusions, espresso machine. Options are: Premium Ground Floor and Premium Balcony, on the 1st floor.
Dog Rooms
At Torreserena Resort, your dog is truly welcome. We have introduced new dedicated services to ensure your pet enjoys a stay as comfortable as yours. Our Classic Dog Rooms are designed for your dog’s comfort: indoors, a cosy armchair for resting; outdoors, a private fenced garden where your dog can move freely and safely. The garden includes a deckchair and food and water bowls. Upon arrival, your dog will be welcomed in a dedicated waiting area designed to help them settle in and cool down. It will also receive a Welcome Box with surprises. Your dog will enjoy the dedicated dog play park and many other thoughtful services. Dogs up to 15 kg are welcome. Availability is limited; we strongly recommend booking in advance.
GRANSERENA HOTEL

These rooms are designed for 2 guests, and in some it is possible to request the addition of a third bed. You may choose among several options: Classic rooms from the first to the fifth floor without balcony; Classic Sea View rooms with balcony and splendid sea view; Classic Balcony rooms.
Superior Balcony
Welcoming rooms with balcony, ideal for 2 or 3 guests, offering all the comfort you need. If required, one or two cots may be added (with two cots the space becomes slightly more limited). Superior Sea View rooms are also available, allowing you to enjoy an enchanting sea view. Some are equipped with bathrooms suitable for guests with disabilities.
Superior Quadruple Balcony
Comfortable rooms for 4 guests with private balcony. The double bed area is separated from the area with single beds by furnishing elements, ensuring both privacy and practicality. You may enrich your stay with the Superior Quadruple Sea View option, featuring a balcony with sea view.

A 30 sq m retreat, perfect for families of 4. Located on the first floor without balcony, these rooms consist of two areas separated by a connecting door and a single bathroom. Junior Suite Balcony

If you are looking for an experience to remember, these rooms are the ideal choice. Suitable for 2 or 3 guests, located on the 5th, 6th and 7th floors, with a double bed and single sofa bed. Junior Suite
Elegant spaces, ideal for 4 or 5 guests, with an additional 5th bed in a single sofa bed. They offer a living area, a double-bed area, and an area with two single beds. Studio 2
The perfect retreat for two. A comfortable studio residence with a living area featuring a double bed and the possibility of adding a single sofa bed (in this case the space will be more compact). It includes a kitchenette so you can prepare your meals independently. You may also choose Mono 2 with large terrace or Mono 2 Sea View, featuring a balcony with a beautiful sea view.
Mono 3

Superior
The refined Superior rooms offer 37 sqm of comfort. Located on the first floor, they feature two small double beds, with the option of adding a cot or a single sofa bed. The furnished private terrace allows you to enjoy the calm of the surrounding nature. On the beach, you will enjoy the Superior arrangement with your own (unassigned) parasol and two sunbeds.
Ecolodge Suite
Our Ecolodge Suites provide a full immersion in nature. Located 150 metres from the hotel, fully independent and measuring 50 sqm, they feature an outdoor patio furnished with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the peace of the pinewood. You will feel connected to nature yet surrounded by comfort. You may choose between: Ecolodge Suites, with a spacious open-plan layout including a lounge area, TV, double sofa bed and sleeping area with double bed; Ecolodge Junior Suites, featuring a double bedroom with two small double beds, a separate lounge area with two single beds (dormeuse), and two TVs. Both types offer two bathrooms, one of which has only a washbasin and hydromassage bathtub. Our independent Ecolodges, nestled within the pinewood, are the perfect retreat. Measuring 50 sqm on a single floor, each Ecolodge offers a private furnished patio where the scent of pine surrounds you. There are 119 units, divided into Suites and Junior Suites. All include air conditioning, TV with Sky, WiFi, telephone, mini-fridge and safe. Some also feature a kitchenette with hob and sink. Our Chefs will guide you on a journey through flavour, discovering Italian traditions, regional specialities and delights from around the world. Every day, through show cooking, they will delight you with dishes prepared before your eyes. Each resort features a central restaurant with air-conditioned dining rooms and the Patio, a shaded outdoor area set in the greenery of the gardens or on a terrace. Use of the Patio is free of charge and may be booked when confirming your holiday (at the GranSerena Hotel it is available from 24/05 to 12/09/2026; at the Alborèa Ecolodge Resort it may only be booked on site). In all resorts (except Serena Majestic Hotel Residence), you may choose thematic restaurants other than the central one, available free of charge and open at least 6 days a week, offering you a different lunch or dinner every day. - 2. The dog’s behaviour must be managed by the owner so as not to disturb other guests and not to cause issues with other dogs; the owner remains responsible for any damage caused to other dogs, property or persons.
- 3. Dogs must not be left alone in the rooms; if the owner is absent, dogs must be left in the garden outside the room (or on the terrace/balcony at GranSerena Hotel, Serena Majestic Hotel Residence, Kalidria Hotel & Thalasso SPA and Calanè Resort).

In case of bad weather, if you have reserved the Patio or a thematic restaurant, you will be redirected to the central restaurant. Access will be from 1:45 p.m. for lunch and 8:45 p.m. for dinner. On your arrival day, you will be welcomed with a dinner at one of the resort’s restaurants, chosen by us to offer you the best possible welcome.
At any time of day, you may relax with a drink in our bars. Each Bluserena resort offers at least two: one in the piazza and one on the beach. At Valentino Resort there are three bars; at GranSerena Hotel, an additional Thermal Bath bar is available; and at Is Serenas Badesi Resort there are four, one of which is exclusively reserved for Prestige rooms and Ultra Inclusive guests.

SOFT INCLUSIVE. With the Soft Inclusive formula, your holiday becomes a celebration of flavour and lightness. In the central restaurant, every day is a journey through aromas and flavours. In the morning, a rich and inviting breakfast awaits you, with hot drinks available from dispensers or automatic machines using coffee beans. At lunch and dinner, savour the large buffet with show cooking: dishes prepared on the spot, celebrating the full pleasure of live cuisine. Every week, we pay tribute to the excellence of the local area with a special regional dinner. You may accompany your meals with water, soft drinks and draft wine, finishing with coffee from automatic dispensers, soft ice cream and granita for a refreshing touch. Other Resort Restaurants. Except at Serena Majestic Hotel Residence, each of our resorts offers the chance to be surprised every day by new flavours. In addition to the central restaurant, thematic restaurants provide authentic culinary experiences, subject to availability (for opening and closing dates of thematic restaurants, see the “Restaurants and Bars” section). With the Soft Inclusive formula, you are entitled to one access per week to each thematic restaurant available in the resort.
Sea Box on the Beach. At lunchtime, you may enjoy your meal directly on the beach with our Sea Box, bookable until fully booked. Please remember that the booking of the Sea Box and other resort restaurants applies to the entire room, not to individual guests.
For Younger Guests. Soft Inclusive also includes dedicated lunches: children in the Mini Club and young guests in the Teen and Young Club, from 01/06 to 05/09/2026, may have lunch together with their friends under the supervision of our entertainers. Pools. You can enjoy moments of relaxation in our pools, all equipped with spacious sun terraces, beach umbrellas and sunbeds (subject to availability).
Entertainment. Your stay includes a wide range of activities, dancing and engaging shows for adults and children in the amphitheatres. At Alborèa Ecolodge Resort, refined moments with live music await you, as well as all the entertainment provided by the nearby Valentino Resort and Calanè Resort.
Children’s and Teen Clubs. Young guests aged 3 to 17 will find a world of fun and energy, with agespecific activities designed just for them.

If your idea of a holiday is relaxation without schedules, you can take advantage of a late light breakfast at the central bar. A beach towel is also included for each guest.
Other resort restaurants. Twice a week, you can be delighted by the flavours of our themed restaurants, offering lunches or dinners with ever-changing tastes.

If you choose the All Inclusive package, it applies to all guests in the room or in linked bookings. It includes personal, by-the-glass beverages available until 14:00 on the day of departure. Access to the services simply requires wearing the designated wristband.
The All Inclusive package is exclusive and subject to limited availability. It is intended for personal use and cannot be used to offer drinks or food to third parties. You may revoke it at any time, and Bluserena may also revoke it in the event of non-compliance with the regulations; in both cases, the Soft Inclusive rate will apply.
IS SERENAS BADESI RESORT
ULTRA INCLUSIVE. At Is Serenas Badesi Resort, in addition to the All Inclusive formula, you may choose the Ultra Inclusive package to enjoy the holiday you have always dreamed of. In addition to everything offered under the All Inclusive package, you can indulge in unlimited beverages, including a selection of premium labels at the bar (with the exception of pre-packaged products and higher-tier items).
Other resort restaurants. You can discover new flavours every day simply by booking our themed restaurants. Your access is unlimited (excluding the restaurant area reserved for guests staying in Prestige rooms) and can be booked via the Bluserena app. Please note that bookings for themed restaurants apply to the entire room, not to individual guests.
If you have booked a Prestige room, from 21/06 to 13/09/2026 you will have access to a reserved area of the central restaurant, where you can enjoy an exclusive space for your buffet breakfast and table-service lunch and dinner (also accessible to non-Prestige guests upon reservation and at an additional charge). If you are staying in a Residence accommodation at Serena Majestic, you can purchase half board with lunch or dinner, or choose our Soft Inclusive plan. You can book these options at the time of confirmation or directly at the hotel, subject to availability (the restaurant will welcome you for lunch from 1:45 p.m. and for dinner from 8:45 p.m.).
Baby Kitchen. Designed for parents with children aged 0-3, this space offers a welcoming environment equipped with everything needed to prepare baby food comfortably. You will find tables, chairs, highchairs and assistance during mealtimes. During main meals, the following are available: vegetable and meat broths, vegetable purée, baby pasta, small cuts of meat, fish fillets, cooked ham, dairy products, fresh fruit, fresh milk, soya milk, rice milk, lactose-free milk, yoghurt, jams, tea, camomile and biscuits. Baby food jars, processed cheese portions and infant formula (liquid or powdered) are not provided. You may also heat milk and baby food, sterilise, blend and purée. The Baby Kitchen is open from 06:00 to midnight, and for any needs outside these hours you may contact reception. At the GranSerena Hotel it is available from 24/05 to 12/09, at the Serena Majestic Hotel Residence is available from 15/05 to 20/09 and only for those who choose the Hotel formula or the Residence Board formula.
Food intolerances
The wellbeing of all our guests is important to us. For this reason, we pay particular attention to every dish we offer and to the correct communication of allergens. Although, due to the size and organisation of our kitchens, we cannot prepare personalised dishes for specific allergies, our central restaurants always offer a basic selection of gluten-free, lactose-free and egg-free foods. Please note that, owing to the structural characteristics of our kitchens, we cannot guarantee the absolute absence of crosscontamination for any intolerance, except for packaged products and the gluten-free menu available at Serenè Resort.
If you are gluten intolerant, the central restaurant at Serenè Resort offers a basic gluten-free menu suitable for coeliacs, in compliance with the “Alimentazione Fuori Casa — AFC” programme of the Italian Coeliac Association, from 07/06 to 05/09/2026. At breakfast you will find packaged gluten-free products such as assorted croissants, biscuits and crispbreads, as well as a cold cut. At lunch and dinner you may enjoy a menu consisting of three starters, two first courses, two main courses, one pizza and one dessert, all gluten-free.
In all other resorts, breakfast includes a rich buffet of naturally gluten-free foods, a daily cold cut and basic packaged gluten-free products (tarts, biscuits, snack cakes, crispbreads and rice cakes). At lunch and dinner, in addition to a wide selection of naturally gluten-free foods, you will find at least one glutenfree starter, first course, main course, pizza and dessert (for which we cannot guarantee the absolute absence of cross-contamination).
Regarding lactose and egg intolerances, at breakfast—alongside a rich buffet of naturally lactose- and egg-free foods—you will find a selection of basic packaged products free from lactose and eggs (snack cakes, crispbreads, yoghurt and milk). At lunch and dinner, we offer at least one starter, first course, main course, one cold cut, one cheese, one pizza and one dessert free from lactose and eggs.
In restaurants with table service, upon request, you may enjoy a gluten-free starter, first course, main course and dessert. Guests intolerant to lactose and eggs will find a first course, a main course and a dessert free from lactose and eggs.
5-STAR KALIDRIA HOTEL & THALASSO SPA

At the Al Kalidria restaurant, you can enjoy a rich and varied buffet breakfast; in the evening, a refined dinner with table service awaits you. Water and other beverages are available at an additional charge. You may choose a table in the indoor dining room or in the restaurant’s shaded outdoor area. The latter can be reserved directly at the hotel (subject to availability). If you are staying in a Suite, you may request to have a dedicated table in the outdoor area for the entire duration of your stay.
For an even more flavoursome experience, you can explore the culinary offerings of the other Ethra Reserve restaurants: the gourmet restaurant Il Gusto, at Calanè Resort, with table service; and the Ethra Pinseria, at Valentino Resort, offering an à la carte service. At lunchtime, you will find a wide selection of delicious options available at an extra charge and bookable at the hotel, subject to availability. On the beach, you may enjoy lunch at the Mediterraneo restaurant, with table service, or savour its specialities directly under your beach umbrella or from your Bali Bed at the Ethra Beach Club. At Calaserena Resort, Is Serenas Badesi Resort, Serenè Resort and Sibari Green Resort the seabed slopes more rapidly; therefore, children’s bathing is ideal on calm-sea days.
On the beach you will find beach umbrellas with two sunbeds; at Sibari Green Resort, Calanè Resort, Valentino Resort and Serena Majestic Hotel Residence you will find beach umbrellas with one sunbed and one deckchair. If you prefer having an assigned beach umbrellas (the same for your entire stay), or one in the front rows or in the central sector, you may book it for a small supplement. You can relax on our beaches or enjoy our water sports park, featuring pedal boats (except at Calaserena Resort), canoes, sailing, windsurfing and paddle boards. Baby Daycare from 12 to 36 months
At Sibari Green Resort, Calaserena Resort and Ethra Reserve (at Calanè Resort) you will find a special service designed to give you complete peace of mind during your holiday. You may entrust your children aged 12 to 36 months to a qualified and carefully selected team. In a welcoming, safe and air-conditioned environment, our staff will take care of them. The cosy and secure Baby Daycare area is designed specifically for little ones, air-conditioned, and offering a tailored programme of games and activities. Staff members will play with the children, offer snacks, accompany them during naptime and take care of nappy changes. There will also be group outings in pushchairs to safely explore the resort. You will only need to provide bibs, feeding bottles and dummies, anti-slip socks, sunscreen and nappies. You will also be free to join your child for some special shared activities. The service is available, upon reservation and at an extra charge, from 13/07 to 05/09/2026, every day except Sundays, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. You may choose to use it for the full day or only in the morning or afternoon.

The Bluserena Dance Academy 2.0 has been renewed with the introduction of the K-Pop Dance Academy, a dynamic and captivating dance experience designed for children aged 3 to 5. Football Academy for ages 5 to 14
The Bluserena Football Academy, led by qualified instructors for children and teens aged 5 to 14, is available from 01/06 to 05/09/2026. Young athletes will learn the basics and the “tricks” to become little champions. Courses take place on synthetic-grass five-a-side football pitches. Uniform provided by Bluserena.
Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy (ages 6-9 and 10-14)

Thermal Park – GranSerena Hotel
Outdoor Thermal Park at the GranSerena Hotel. It features a Kneipp path with alternating warm (32°C) and cold (18°C) thermal water, two splendid mini-pools with hydromassage – ThermalFalls and ThermalBalance – and a semi-Olympic pool, also with thermal water at ambient temperature, plus a solarium with parasols and sun loungers. Entrance is subject to a fee; the circuit lasts 45 minutes. The Thermal Park is accessible from 24 May 2026, daily from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., by booking one of the available time slots. Slots begin every hour. Terme di Torre Canne
Directly accessible from the GranSerena Hotel, the Terme di Torre Canne – among the most beautiful in Southern Italy and located directly by the sea, are affiliated with the National Health Service and classified as First Level Super. Open from 24 May to 10 October 2026, they offer respiratory treatments (inhalations and insufflations), mud-balneotherapy, physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Treatments must be booked in advance. Rooms for guests with disabilities are available, as well as reserved parking spaces, reserved areas in the amphitheatre and on the beach (near the walkway). HOLIDAYS WITH YOUR LITTLE DOG
Happy Dog Resort. At Torreserena Resort we have thought of many small touches and special services to bring happiness to your four-legged friend (up to 15 kg and provided with a health certificate). Upon arrival, your dog will find a waiting area to help him settle in, with water bowls for refreshment. Here he can relax while you complete check-in. He will receive a complimentary Welcome Box and be welcomed into a play area where he can run and enjoy himself. For mealtimes, there is an outdoor area adjacent to the main restaurant, shaded and in the open air, where you can dine together. In his dedicated dog room, your furry friend will find a comfortable armchair to rest on and direct access to a private, fenced garden for safe moments of freedom, complete with deckchair and bowls for food and water. He may explore all outdoor areas of the resort on a lead, except for the pool solarium and the beach. Upon request and for a small supplement, dog-sitting services and veterinary assistance are available (subject to availability). In all other Bluserena resorts, dogs are allowed (maximum 10 kg and only with a health certificate; maximum 5 kg at GranSerena Hotel and Serena Majestic Hotel Residence), subject to reservation and payment. Your dog will stay in the fenced garden of your room, equipped with a kennel and bowls for food and water (at GranSerena Hotel, Serena Majestic, Calanè Resort and Kalidria Hotel & Thalasso SPA he will stay on the room’s terrace or small balcony), and may move around all resort areas on a lead and wearing a muzzle, except for the theatre, the indoor restaurant dining hall, the Baby Kitchen, the beach – according to the provisions of the Bathing Ordinance – the swimming pool and solarium, the Spray Park and the sports fields. At Alborèa Ecolodge Resort, Ecolodge Suites or Ecolodge Junior Suites with a dedicated fenced area, equipped with kennel and bowls, are available. For guests travelling with a dog, there is a reserved outdoor dining area at the restaurant, to be requested at the time of booking and subject to availability (the table will be assigned for the entire stay). Dog food is not provided. The number of available places is limited and must be indicated at the time of booking. Other animals or dogs exceeding the permitted weight limit are not allowed. Cancellation policies will follow the conditions selected by the guest at the time of booking confirmation. In the event of failure to arrive by Midnight on the scheduled day (no-show), 100% of the booked stay will be charged. After this time, the room may be resold for subsequent nights.
AMENDMENTS/CANCELLATIONS BY BLUSERENA
Bluserena reserves the right, even during the season, to close, reduce capacity and/or delay the opening of the booked facility due to pandemic-related events or other extraordinary events constituting force majeure, including but not limited to further pandemics, viral or bacterial actions, wars, fires, and measures imposed by governmental, legislative or administrative authorities. The parties agree that, in such cases, Bluserena may at its discretion propose the following measures: (I) re-accommodation in another Bluserena property; (II) a voucher for the full amount retained by Bluserena, valid until 31/12/2027 and usable in Bluserena properties; (III) reimbursement of the amounts retained solely by Bluserena. The Guest, after careful consideration, acknowledges that the solutions adopted in such circumstances, should Bluserena implement them, will be acceptable. Thus, the alternative object of the contract is defined in cases where the hotel cannot, or where it is excessively burdensome to, perform the principal service due to the aforementioned causes. The Guest accepts these measures after suitable negotiation and therefore waives any further claims, including those for compensation. Bluserena is also entitled to introduce amendments to the services described in this document, if required by competent authorities due to emergencies linked to pandemic events or other force majeure situations, or, in any case, at Bluserena’s discretion if the exact performance of the contract may pose serious contagion risks or other hazards to the health and safety of Guests or staff, or if performance, while theoretically possible, would entail excessive additional burdens for the Hotel without such amendments.
RE-ACCOMMODATION
Should Bluserena, for any reason, be unable to provide accommodation and/or in the event of overbooking, the guest accepts that Bluserena may, at its own expense, transfer the booking to another property, either Bluserena-owned or operated by another company, with at least the same hotel classification. Bluserena shall not be liable for any consequences or charges arising from such reaccommodation.
START AND END OF STAY, ROOM AND BEACH UMBRELLA ALLOCATION AND RELEASE
Arrival. In all resorts (except Serena Majestic Residence), rooms and beach umbrellas are available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. The stay begins with dinner. Where included in the chosen board basis, the price also covers lunch on the day of departure, which may be replaced with a packed lunch upon request (rooms will in any case be available from the time indicated above). On the day of arrival, dinner will be served in one of the resort’s restaurants (at Bluserena’s discretion), not necessarily the main restaurant.
Serena Majestic residence: residences are available from 5.00 pm, complete with bed linen and towels (kitchen linen not provided); cleaning is the responsibility of the guest, and linen is changed weekly. Final cleaning of the kitchenette is the responsibility of the guest. Check-in procedures must be carried out by only one member of the family unit, who must be in possession of the identity documents of all those staying in the residence.
Departure. On the day of departure, rooms (or residences) and beach umbrellas must be vacated by 10.00 am in all resorts (by 11.00 am at Alborèa Ecolodge Resort and Kalidria Hotel & Thalasso SPA). Changing rooms with showers, towels and hairdryers are available (except at Serena Majestic Hotel Residence, GranSerena Hotel, Calanè Resort, Kalidria Hotel & Thalasso SPA and Alborèa Ecolodge Resort), as well as an unattended luggage storage area. Check-out procedures must be completed the
day before departure. By booking Late Check-out, the room and beach umbrella remain available until 2.15 pm on the day of departure. This service is chargeable and subject to limited availability (preferably to be booked at the time of confirmation or, at the resort, within two days prior to departure).
PAYMENTS IN THE HOTEL
To manage your purchases conveniently in Bluserena hotels and resorts, you may opt for a credit card pre-authorisation at check-in.
SHUTTLE SERVICE
At Sibari Green Resort and Torreserena Resort, a shuttle service to and from the beach is available (not equipped with a platform for guests with disabilities). At Alborèa Ecolodge Resort, Kalidria Hotel & Thalasso SPA, Valentino Resort and Calanè Resort, a shuttle connecting the beach to the resorts is available and is equipped with a platform for guests with disabilities.
AIRPORT AND STATION TRANSFERS
Transfers from the airport or railway station to the resort may be booked. Transfer bookings are binding and may be modified by 6.00 pm on the day prior to the service, subject to availability and reconfirmation by Bluserena. Upon request, car hire is also available during the stay at advantageous rates.
IDENTITY DOCUMENTS UPON ARRIVAL
Upon arrival, it is mandatory to present identity documents for all persons included in the booking, regardless of age, including minors, pursuant to Article 109 of the Consolidated Law on Public Security. In the absence of such documents, the hotel will apply the discount relating to the higher age group.

SERVICES AT EXTRA CHARGE
In addition to what is indicated in the Description of Services: individual sports lessons, excursions, transfers (where applicable), certain Bluserena SeaSport services, bicycle and car rental (where available). Pony riding and horse riding (where available). Services of Bluwellness, the Torre Canne Spa, the Thermal Park at the GranSerena Hotel, Ethra Thalasso SPA at Ethra Reserve, and BluSPA at Is Serenas Badesi Resort. Reservation of assigned beach umbrellas and of tables in the indoor dining halls
of the main restaurant. Medical assistance outside scheduled hours and/or outside the medical office.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS FOR PACKAGE HOLIDAYS WITH TRAVEL CONTRACT INCLUDED
TRAVEL CONTRACT
The description of the package holiday and the pre-contractual information contained in the Resort’s catalogue, together with the provisions set out below and the confirmation of the package booking, form an integral part of the travel contract.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – STANDARD CANCELLATION FEES
For cancellation policies, the conditions selected by the guest at the time of booking confirmation shall apply. For airline, ferry and train tickets sold by Bluserena (including when included in packages comprising accommodation), the penalties imposed by the carrier shall apply and will be communicated from time to time. In all cases of late arrival or early termination of the stay, the full cost of the booked stay will be charged. The impossibility of using the holiday for reasons not attributable to the Customer does not give rise to the right to withdraw without penalties, except for cases expressly provided for by law.
GUARANTEES IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL
If the Customer may take out insurance covering cancellation fees for unilateral withdrawal from the contract by the traveller or assistance expenses, including return travel, in the event of accident, illness or death.
INSURANCE COVER
Pursuant to Article 47 of Legislative Decree No. 79 of 23/05/2011 (Tourism Code), Bluserena has taken out an insurance policy with Europ Assistance Italia S.p.A., policy no. 42127Q, for the Bluserena Guarantee, covering civil liability in favour of the Client for compensation of damages arising from breach of the obligations undertaken under the contract entered into with the Client. The Client’s contract is also protected by the Fondo Garanzia Viaggi Srl in cases of insolvency or bankruptcy – Certificate No. A/232.505/2/R.
PACKAGE PRICE ADJUSTMENT
Bluserena reserves the right to adjust the package price in proportion to any increases in transport costs linked to fuel or other energy sources, airport taxes and various supplements (fuel surcharges and the like), or service fees, as set and communicated by the airline or shipping company or by third parties. In the event of an increase exceeding 8% of the total package price, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days of receiving notice. The Customer is also entitled to a reduction in the package price corresponding to any decrease in the aforementioned items. The package price does not include any taxes and/or local tourist taxes or similar charges, even if introduced after booking confirmation, which shall always be borne by the Customer.
AMENDMENTS TO CONTRACT TERMS
Should Bluserena introduce amendments to the contractual conditions in essential elements and in a substantial manner, other than price revisions, the Customer may accept them or withdraw without paying cancellation fees, by notifying their decision within two days from receipt of the proposed amendment in written form to booking@bluserena.it. Bluserena nevertheless reserves the right to introduce non-substantial changes to non-essential elements of the contract.
TRANSFER OF CONTRACT
The Customer may transfer the contract to a third party by providing written notice to booking@bluserena.it, including the full personal details of the transferee. Such notice must be received no later than 7 days before departure. In the event of a transfer, all costs incurred for the name change and required by the airline or shipping company shall be borne by the Customer.
COMPLAINT DEADLINE
Should the Customer wish to submit a complaint due to non-performance, improper performance of the contract, or a lack of conformity detected during the provision of services, they must do so without delay.
ORGANISER’S LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE OTHER THAN PERSONAL INJURY
The Customer acknowledges that compensation for damages other than personal injury shall never, in any case, exceed three times the total package price, pursuant to Article 43, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree No. 79/2011.
ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION MECHANISMS – ADR
Pursuant to Article 67, paragraph 2 of the Tourism Code, the Customer may resort to voluntary or joint negotiation procedures or to conciliation procedures before arbitral or conciliation committees for the resolution of disputes between businesses and consumers relating to the provision of tourist services, established pursuant to Article 2, paragraph 4, letter a), of Law No. 580 of 29 December 1993.
IDENTITY DOCUMENTS UPON ARRIVAL
Upon arrival, it is mandatory to present identity documents for all persons included in the booking, of any age, including minors, pursuant to Article 109 of the Consolidated Law on Public Security. If not provided, the hotel will apply the discount corresponding to the higher age category. The combination of travel services offered constitutes a package within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302; therefore, you will benefit from all EU rights applicable to packages. We want our resorts to be places of relaxation, enjoyment and tranquillity, while always ensuring safety. We adopt the highest safety standards and continually update our protocols and prevention measures, including in accordance with developments in regulations relating to possible pandemic events. We reserve the right to amend these rules to comply with any requirements and/or recommendations issued by national or regional authorities that may be introduced shortly before or during the stay. All guests are required to comply with the following rules and behavioural standards.
GENERAL RULES APPLICABLE TO ALL RESORT RESTAURANTS
To ensure that service is pleasant, efficient and hygienically safe for everyone, it is essential to observe the following rules:
– never remove food or beverages from the restaurant;;
– enter the restaurant dressed appropriately (never in swimwear, without a shirt, or barefoot);
– do not bring pushchairs into the restaurant (except for infants up to 8 months, in place of a highchair);
– do not allow children to walk or play between the tables;
Guests staying on an All Inclusive board formula are not permitted to offer drinks or food to guests on a Soft Inclusive board formula. At Is Serenas Badesi Resort, guests on an Ultra Inclusive board formula may not offer drinks or food to guests on an All Inclusive board formula.
POOL USE RULES
To ensure safe and enjoyable use of our pools, all guests must comply with certain hygiene and conduct rules. These rules, also displayed on signs around the pools, prohibit:
– using the pools outside opening hours;
– dangerous behaviour posing risks to oneself or others, such as diving or running along the pool edge, using water slides incorrectly (e.g. sliding on one’s stomach, standing or kneeling, stopping along the slides or in the landing area), starting the descent before the previous user has vacated the landing area, and using the slides outside their operating hours;
– use of diving boards higher than 2 metres by those under 16 years of age, unless written parental consent is provided to the lifeguard;
– use of water slides by children under 6 years of age and over 16 years of age;
– reserving sunbeds, chairs or loungers with towels or bathrobes and then leaving the pool area (lifeguards are authorised to remove unattended belongings);
– consuming food or beverages at the poolside or in the water;
– using inflatables (airbeds, rings) or balls in the water or solarium area;
– entering the pool while wearing clothing;
– letting small children enter the water without the appropriate disposable absorbent swim nappies.
COMMON AMENITIES AND COMMON SPACES
Guests must take care of common areas and respect others’ enjoyment of shared spaces and services. The following rules must therefore be observed:
– dispose of waste in the appropriate bins, using recycling as indicated;
– do not damage or alter the condition of facilities, furnishings, green areas or equipment;
– electric bicycles may be used only at Ethra Reserve. Do not use hoverboards, waveboards, skateboards, skates, electric scooters or any other electric or motorised device in the Resort;
– traditional bicycles may be used only at Sibari Green Resort and Ethra Reserve. Do not cycle in areas where it is not permitted;
– playing football, boules, volleyball or similar activities is forbidden outside the areas specifically designated for such activities;
– avoid group games in common areas unless organised by the entertainment team;
– respect the rules on small dogs admitted to the Resort;
– observe the no-smoking policy in rooms, indoor or covered spaces, the amphitheatre, and children’s play or activity areas;
– respect the rules governing the use of water sports equipment and the provisions of the bathing ordinance displayed on the beach;
– do not invite external guests unless authorised by Resort management;
– use only the designated toilets for physiological needs, including those of children, and for changing nappies;
– use spaces and services appropriately, only for the purposes and users for which they are intended: do not misuse facilities or spaces reserved for guests with disabilities.
Spaces, equipment and furnishings provided by the Resort must be occupied only for the time strictly necessary for their intended use. For example, luggage trolleys, pool loungers and gym equipment must be vacated promptly after use. Cars must be parked in the designated car park. Parking in any other area is forbidden. Vehicles parked improperly may be removed.
DOG ADMISSION
All Bluserena hotels and resorts allow small dogs, subject to reservation made at the time of confirming the stay (limited availability). Dogs stay in the fenced garden of their room, equipped with kennel and bowls for food and water (at GranSerena Hotel, Serena Majestic Hotel Residence, Kalidria Hotel & Thalasso SPA and Calanè Resort they stay on the room’s terrace or small balcony). Dog food is not provided.
Guests staying with a dog must comply with the following rules:
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours (from 2.30 pm to 4.00 pm and from midnight to 9.00 am) are in place to ensure all guests moments of rest. During these hours, noisy activities and games are not permitted in common areas. In rooms, radios, televisions and other sound devices must not be audible from outside. In general, even outside quiet hours, guests must avoid excessively loud voices or shouting. In general, even outside quiet hours, very loud voices and shouting must be avoided.
LOST PROPERTY
Any item found in rooms or common areas, whether lost or apparently abandoned, must be considered the property of a guest, an employee or the hotel itself. Items must not be moved from where they are found; they must be handed in promptly to Reception.
MANAGEMENT INTERVENTION
Any misunderstandings between guests should be resolved calmly and respectfully, without raising voices. In any case, Management is always available to help find a solution. These rules form part of the accommodation contract, and guests are required to comply with them. Bluserena reserves the right to remove disruptive guests, cancel or refuse future bookings should behaviour occur that disturbs other guests, exceeds the limits of civil coexistence or endangers the safety or image of the resort.
